Nice clean room, all have kitchens, great location, no housekeeping unless you ask and pay for it. Adequate space, decent enough decor.
Fitness centre was a little disappointing, elevators very slow, balconies of opposing building looked right across into our room. Bathroom walls full of holes and in bad need of a paint job. A good hotel. Not a great hotel.
convenience, apartment style, everything equipped
lots of the appliance not used for a long time, like the kettle, not clean
Clean, good sauna/pool a bit cold
location, reception staff, room size, cleanliness we were given to check-out time until 4pm
room in NEED OF SERIOUS REFRESHMENT: 1) outside balcony door was too big for doorjamb, inner door has gaps. There was a serious draft from the cold hallway through the room and out the balcony door (do not trust that room would be warm during winter). 2) hallway wardrobe door was jammed from one side and an old A/c stored there. 3) some chair covers were frayed. A ROOM WITHOUT OPPOSITE INDICATION SHOULD BE A NON-SMOKERS ROOM. Could smell if someone nearby smoked through kitchen and bath vent. There were burn marks on the working table and an ashtray in the kitchen. Room had strong smell of incense from previous user.
Comfortable. Good location. Value for money which is a must for young couples in this economy!!
Apartment was far too warm! AC did not seem to work. Received no booklet on arrival into room therefore did not know what # to call reception.
The price is excellent and the place is great. It is located at the city center. The metro station and bus stops are just a couple of minutes away. The rooms are fully equipped with everything one would need: hair dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, Wi-Fi, etc. Rooms in the upper floors have a decently nice view from the balconies.
good location, friendly staff
mix of new and very old equipment in apparments, oven of the 60ties. slow elevators
It's not a hotel as I was led to believe . There is no room service or house keeping. It's actually an apartment complex who let out rooms on a nightly basis as well.
Good views to south of the City.
Need major maintenence work and upgrading just like the entire City of Montreal.
Excellent location and staff are extremely helpful. For the price it is great value.
Rooms are extremely dated and require updating. Lifts are painfully slow. But for the price you pay with this location you cannot expect too much. Remember this is an apartment block and not a hotel.
Horrible, hard mattress and squeaky bed frame. Fried fish smell coming through bathroom vent. It's a really old building that the owners are working to improve
It's in downtown, and everything is close.
their was a constant smell of weed in the heat vent.
